Position Summary: Albertsons is undergoing a digital transformation to reimagine the grocery and health experience. As the Head of Shopper Experience Product in India, you will lead the product strategy, development, and execution for key aspects of our digital e-commerce and in-store platform. Collaborating with US-based teams, you will oversee a local customer experience product team in India, combining strategic vision, execution excellence, and cross-border collaboration to deliver exceptional value to customers. Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Leadership: - Define a visionary product strategy aligned with Albertsons" overall goals, inspiring delightful customer experiences. - Develop personalized experiences that enhance conversion rates and customer engagement while optimizing team efficiency. - Establish success metrics and a culture of testing and learning to drive innovation. - Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to continuous iteration, working closely with Engineering and UX teams. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team in India, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and agility. - Collaborate with US-based partners to align priorities and balance global objectives with local execution. Leading Shopper Experience Team in India and Cross-Border Collaboration: - Lead the Shopper Experience product team in India, fostering a customer-centric culture and facilitating CX discussions. - Ensure seamless communication across time zones, bridging gaps between India and US teams, and aligning product development efforts with US business priorities leveraging India's strengths. Qualifications: - 15+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. - Experience in e-commerce, grocery, retail tech, or consumer technology is preferred. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with a cross-functional approach. - Deep understanding of UX, customer behavior, and conversion optimization. - Technical acumen and experience collaborating with engineering teams. - Experience working in globally distributed teams, particularly with US-based partners, is an advantage.,
