As part of the product squad, you will report functionally to the Head of Product Analytics. Your Responsibilities - Conduct hypothesis-driven deep dives into existing product usage data to identify user pain points, quantify issues, and propose actionable solutions. - Lead product experimentation efforts, designing and analyzing tests to enhance confidence in planned features. - Collaborate with product teams to establish and measure KPIs reflecting the impact of new features on user experience. - Perform data deep dives to discover opportunities for improving user experiences and aligning them with commercial goals. - Work with product managers to translate revenue goals into business KPIs and prioritize investments in features based on user engagement and member longevity. - Utilize insights into user behavior to design experiments that drive product adoption and growth. - Partner with data, engineering, and data science teams to develop a self-serve analytics platform for effective use by business and product teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably within digital or fintech products. - Strong SQL skills and proficiency in working with complex datasets. - Expertise in AB testing, product strategy, experimentation, road mapping, and prioritization. - Deep understanding of consumer technology and a passion for fintech. - Excellent presentation skills, ability to convey complex data insights clearly, and exceptional storytelling capabilities. - Proficient in project management with outstanding interpersonal skills. - Valuing user experience as a crucial product component and continuously striving to enhance it. - Combination of humility and confidence, readiness to learn and grow while showcasing skills and challenging conventions. - Action-oriented with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Experience in learning from failures and articulating lessons learned. - Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
