We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing strategies with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and passionate about digital trends and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities: SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve organic visibility.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for search engines.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat strategies.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Email Marketing:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar.
• Develop email lists, segment audiences, and personalize campaigns for engagement.
• Design visually appealing and responsive email templates.
• Monitor open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions; optimize for better performance.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.

Digital Marketing (General):

• Support execution of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms (optional).
• Assist in content creation for blogs, landing pages, and social media.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies.
