You will lead and participate in introducing and implementing new technologies and frameworks, such as SaaS based digital experience platforms, headless architecture, edge computing, and Gen AI. Your responsibilities will include working closely with marketing to create compelling omnichannel experiences, driving customer adoption, engagement, personalization, and analytics. You will develop project deliverables, proof-of-concepts, and pilot new technologies. Ensuring quality code delivery, assisting in the architecture of web and mobile applications, and developing technical solutions that align with user and business requirements will be crucial. You will also apply best practices to optimize performance for improved scalability and user experience and collaborate with team members from other departments to implement solutions and solve problems. Implementing personalization, audience segmentation, email campaigns, and customer journey analytics while respecting security and privacy will also be part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and participate in implementing new technologies and frameworks - Work closely with marketing to create omnichannel experiences - Develop project deliverables, proof-of-concepts, and pilot new technologies - Ensure quality code delivery and assist in web and mobile application architecture - Develop technical solutions aligning with user and business requirements - Apply best practices for performance optimization and scalability - Collaborate with cross-departmental team members for solutions - Implement personalization, audience segmentation, and analytics **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology - 7+ years of hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, C#, .NET, NodeJS, Responsive Design, GraphQL, and other relevant skills - Experience with SaaS based Digital experience platforms, personalization, security, SEO, search, workflows, commerce - Familiarity with visual editor, customer journey analytics, audience segmentation, running campaigns, reusable components, templates, customization, analytics - Proficiency in optimizing digital experiences for performance and scalability - Experience in integrating digital experiences with third party systems and migration to in-house hosting and SaaS based headless architecture - Deployment experience on edge platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or GCP Firebase - Certifications and system administration experience highly preferred Please note that the role is expected to have a significant overlap with US time zones, with work shifts scheduled from 12 Noon - 9 PM IST or 2 PM - 11 PM IST.
