Senior Digital Experience Engineer

The role available is a Contract position located in Pune City, Maharashtra. As part of the team, you will be leading and participating in the introduction and implementation of new technologies and frameworks, such as SaaS-based digital experience platforms, headless architecture, edge computing, and Gen AI. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, your responsibilities will include creating engaging omnichannel experiences, driving customer adoption, personalization, and analytics. Your duties will involve developing project deliverables, proof-of-concepts, and piloting new technologies. You will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality code from yourself, team members, and vendors, through code review, verification against best practices, and quality testing. Additionally, you will assist in the architecture of web and mobile applications, while developing technical solutions that align with user and business requirements, providing value for the engagement/client needs. Applying best practices to optimize performance for enhanced scalability and user experience will be crucial in your role. Working closely with team members from various departments to implement solutions and address challenges is also a key aspect of this position. Furthermore, you will be involved in implementing personalization, audience segmentation, email campaigns, and customer journey analytics, while maintaining security and privacy protocols. Required skills for this role include proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, C#, .NET, NodeJS, Responsive Design, and GraphQL. Experience with SaaS-based digital experience platforms, personalization, security, SEO, search, workflows, and commerce is essential. Understanding visual editor, personalization, customer journey analytics, audience segmentation, campaign management, and optimization of digital experiences for performance and scalability are also necessary skills. Knowledge of integrating digital experiences with third-party systems like ERP systems and having mobile/omnichannel experience will be beneficial. Migration experience from Managed services to in-House hosting and SaaS-based headless architecture is considered a significant advantage. Experience deploying on edge platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or GCP Firebase is also preferred. Certifications and system administration experience are highly desirable. Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, along with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in relevant skills. Developer Certification or System Administrator Certification would be beneficial. Please note that the role requires a significant overlap with US time zones, with work shifts scheduled between 12 Noon - 9 PM IST or 2 PM - 11 PM IST.,
