Senior DevOps Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize

  CI/CD pipelines

  to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Architect, configure, and manage

  cloud infrastructure

  using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Implement and maintain

  monitoring, logging, and alerting

  solutions to ensure system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows.
• Lead infrastructure

  security best practices

  , including access controls, secrets management, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex

  infrastructure, deployment, and production issues

  .
• Drive continuous improvement in

  system reliability, scalability, and cost optimization

  .
• Create, maintain, and review

  technical documentation

  and operational runbooks.
• Participate in and lead

  on-call rotations

  , ensuring timely incident response and root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Systems Administration roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Docker

  and practical exposure to

  Kubernetes

  (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Experience working with at least one major cloud platform:

  AWS, GCP, or Azure

  .
• Proven expertise in

  CI/CD tools

  such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with

  Infrastructure as Code

  tools like

  Terraform

  , Cloud Formation, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting using

  Python, Bash

  , or equivalent languages.
• Strong understanding of

  Linux systems

  , networking, and security fundamentals.

• Experience with
