Roles & Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management:

  Design, implement, and maintain robust

  CI/CD pipelines

  to automate build, test, and deployment processes using modern DevOps tools.

• Security & Compliance:

  Implement security best practices across deployment pipelines, access controls, and infrastructure configurations to meet enterprise and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with application development, data engineering, and platform teams to streamline deployment, release, and operational workflows.

• Automation & Scripting:

  Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual effort and improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

• Incident Response & Troubleshooting:

  Respond to system outages and performance issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Monitoring & Observability:

  Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

  Maintain accurate documentation of environments, configurations, and processes; actively promote DevOps best practices and culture across teams.

Education

• Strong hands-on expertise in building and operating enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms
