Senior DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer at the company, your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient build, test, and deployment processes. You will configure and maintain containerized applications, supporting orchestration for high availability and scalability. Automation of repetitive tasks with scripting for legacy platforms will be a key responsibility. Your focus will be on optimizing resource utilization, reducing costs, and maintaining high performance and uptime. Establishing best practices for managing vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and secure configurations will be crucial. You will implement Citi standard tools for Observability and monitoring applications, ensuring adherence to organizational change management processes, incident handling, and SLA commitments. Participation in release planning, production rollouts, and weekend support rotation will be part of your tasks. Contributing to DevOps process improvement by evaluating new tools, practices, and automation strategies is expected. Compliance with ITIL standards by managing Change, Incidents, and Problem workflow via Citi Standard tools, with a focus on SLA adherence, is essential. Working closely with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment across the development lifecycle is also a vital aspect of your role.
