Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the design, planning, and execution of agricultural development projects in line with organizational goals.
Provide technical support and guidance to field teams, farmers, and local stakeholders on sustainable agriculture, crop management, and soil conservation.
Monitor project performance through field visits, data collection, and regular evaluations.
Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, research institutions, and local communities.
Develop training modules and conduct capacity-building sessions for farmers, extension officers, and partner staff.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and documentation of project activities, ensuring compliance with donor and internal guidelines.
