Position Overview

Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Accountabilities

Marketing Management

Oversee all marketing activities for assigned product groups.
Identify new product opportunities and applications.

Sales & Revenue

Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Ensure spares sales grow by at least 20% each quarter.
Manage pricing proposals to secure a minimum 30% gross profit.

Customer & Market Development

Develop at least 15 new customers annually.
Introduce 3 new machine applications and drive 5 product upgrades per year.
Expand overall market share and drive geographic growth.

Payments & Commercials

Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
Resolve commercial issues promptly to prevent project delays.

Team Building & Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor a capable sales and marketing team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
