Training and Capability Building ● Lead product, process, and compliance training for SFDOs and FDOs ● Implement mentorship, onboarding modules, and upskilling frameworks ● Monitor team development progress and adapt training delivery accordingly E. Operational Oversight ● Supervise end-to-end operations, ensuring IRDAI compliance and SOP adherence ● Leverage CRM systems for field reporting, performance tracking, and customer onboarding ● Resolve client grievances and escalate issues with timely interventions F.
