Senior Developer

• 6 to 10 years of strong work proficiency on Java, Perl, with hands-on experience developing enterprise applications • Design, develop, test, and maintain Core Java applications running on Linux environments • Create and maintain Perl scripts to automate system tasks, workflows • Proficiency in working with Linux/Unix systems (commands, process management, shell scripting) • Lead the design and development, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability • Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing • Write and optimize Perl scripts to support automation, monitoring, and legacy systems • Experience with Git for code versioning and commit management • Experience working in Agile teams with a strong focus on collaboration and iterative development • Ability to implement changes following standard turnover procedures, with a CI/CD focus • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent
