Job Description

We are looking to hire a seasoned Senior OpenText Developer proficient in OpenText Content Server 16.x/20.x/24.x development for streamlined business processes and enhanced ECM solutions. Responsibilities Understand and analyze business requirements to configure the OpenText Content Server application effectivelyUtilize OpenText GCI Power tool for creating and managing Document Templates and workflowsConfigure Content Server Categories, Compound Document, Taxonomies, and Security ModelsImplement and maintain Workflows, Forms, and Form Templates using OScriptCustomize Web Reports, Live Reports, and adjust Appearance and Views settingsManage business workspace configurations and document templatesEmploy XML and XSL transformationsDevelop and integrate custom modules within the OpenText platformFacilitate the consumption of Content Server REST APIs and Web ServicesMentor and provide technical guidance to junior developersOperate within an agile environment, participating in sprints and stand-upsWrite user stories describing requirementsCommunicate effectively with end users and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders Requirements 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in OpenText Content Server developmentExpertise in OpenText Content Server, ECM, and OpenText GCI Power toolProficiency in OScript, XML, and XSL transformationsStrong background in Java technologies relative to OpenText integrationsFamiliarity with content server schema and relational databases such as Oracle or SQLCompetency in web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, React JS or Lit JS, and CSSCapacity to guide and mentor junior resourcesGood communication skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teamsUnderstanding and experience in agile methodologies and user story creation
