Job Title : Senior Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Experience : 6+ Years Location : Hybrid Job Description : We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) . The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, hands-on experience with integrations and the Power Platform, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced development environment. Key Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O . At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture / Design / Detailing of Dynamics ERP Business Processes. At least 6 years of experience in Development, Configuration, Solution Evaluation, Validation, and Deployment of Dynamics 365 F&O. Experience with Power Platform technologies – including Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI . Strong experience with all integration patterns , including external and internal system integrations. Ability to contribute to and maintain system standards , ensuring consistent installation and configuration procedures. Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and monitoring Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across both production and non-production environments. In-depth technical knowledge of D365 F&O processes , with expertise in integrations and interface management . Proven analytical and communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong planning and coordination skills to drive delivery and manage timelines. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications are preferred . At least 6 years of experience capturing integration requirements , documentation, and mapping of current business processes. Ability to lead a team of consultants to understand existing ("as-is") business processes and define the future ("to-be") processes. Prior team management experience is a plus . Effective planning and prioritization skills for managing multiple workstreams and deadlines. Experience in designing and customizing SSRS reports as per business needs Preferred Skills Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, or Development tracks). Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Exposure to Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) for managing D365 F&O projects.
