Key Competencies

Expertise in IT process development, audit planning, and gap analysis.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong functional knowledge of Statistical tools, Quality & Process Re-Engineering.

Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

Need expertise in Six Sigma, ISO, ITIL and CMMI.

Good to have: PMP, Prince2 or ITIL certified.
