Job Description

As a Desktop Engineer with 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for imaging laptops remotely with and without Intune, troubleshooting basic issues and faults, deploying OS and applications on Microsoft and MAC environments, demonstrating good knowledge of AD, domains, and attaching and removing assets from a domain. You will also be proficient in remote desktop troubleshooting and support, certificates, encryption keys, O365 admin console management, and possess very good English communication skills (written and verbal). As a proactive and aggressive team member, you will work in the evening shift from 2-11 in Hyderabad or Bangalore. We are looking to fill this position immediately and require someone who can join us without delay. The shift timings are from 2-11; kindly confirm your comfortability with this schedule. This is a full-time role that requires your physical presence at work.,
