Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Project Management

Develop and present innovative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and company standards.
Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, layouts, and 3D presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Supervise site execution, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
Provide design leadership to junior designers and ensure quality standards are met.

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and actively participate in client acquisition for interior design projects.
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present customized design & costing solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
