Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Develop distribution channels (agents, brokers, partners) to increase sales reach.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (life, health, general, or specialized insurance products).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with clients ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Ensure proper documentation, underwriting requirements, and policy issuance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations) for smooth client servicing.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and lead generation activities.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
