Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer located in Chalakudy. The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from conception to completion, including architectural and interior design, space planning, and landscaping. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients, creating design concepts, selecting materials and finishes, and overseeing the execution of design projects to ensure they meet a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

Architectural Design and Space Planning skills
Interior Design and Creativity skills
Experience in Landscape Design
Project Management and Coordination skills
Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Chalakudy
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior design role
