Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture or interior design projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality).

• Develop creative and practical design concepts in line with client requirements and project goals.

• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure design implementation and quality control.

• Supervise junior designers and provide technical and design guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.

• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and building regulations.

• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and design innovations.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.
