Role Description

full-time AutoCAD Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  architectural, shop, and technical drawings

  using AutoCAD.

• Specialize in cutting list preparation

  and support production teams with precise documentation.
• Develop and update

  production drawings

  for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to translate concepts into reality.
• Revise and finalize drawings in line with

  project requirements and industry standards

  .
• Ensure

  accuracy, clarity, and efficiency

  in all drafting work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  and related drafting software.
• Proven experience in

  cutting list preparation

  and

  production drawing development

  .
• Strong background in

  technical, shop, and architectural drawings

  .
• Good understanding of

  architecture, detailing, and construction processes

  .

• Excellent attention to detail

  with a focus on precision.
• Ability to work effectively within a

  collaborative team environment

  .

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in

  residential design projects

  is an added advantage.
