Job Title: Senior Design Engineer Reports to: Engineering Manager/Technical Lead/Design Lead Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative products/systems. You'll oversee the entire design process, from concept to production, ensuring projects meet technical, quality, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead design teams in developing complex products/systems 2. Design and develop innovative solutions 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality) 4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations 5. Mentor junior engineers 6. Manage project timelines and budgets 7. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Requirements: 1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering 2. Proven design engineering experience 3. Strong technical skills (CAD, simulation tools) 4. Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities 5. Good communication and collaboration skills
