What You’ll Be Doing

As our Senior Design Engineer, you won’t just be pushing pixels in CAD—you’ll be leading the full design cycle for complex components and products, collaborating with some of the smartest folks in engineering, R&D, and manufacturing.

You’ll:

• Own product and component design from concept to production
• Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and perform FEA/simulations
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure DFM/DFA standards
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical reviews
• Ensure designs meet customer, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Join in design reviews and make the hard decisions when needed

Tools You Know (or Want to Master)

• CAD (SolidWorks, CREO, CATIA, AutoCAD – you name it)
• CAE and FEA tools
• GD&T, materials science, and manufacturing processes
• BOMs, ERP systems, and design control
• Excel, maybe even Python or MATLAB (bonus points)

What You Bring

• 5–8+ years of mechanical or design engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s? Even better)
• Real-world experience designing parts that are actually built
• A knack for balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability
• Strong communicator who enjoys solving problems collaboratively
