Positions Overview-

Senior Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead end-to-end design of AV and VC systems including schematic design, technical drawings, and BOQs.
  Deliver product demonstrations and presentations across verticals including education, government, and corporate.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and sales teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Assist sales team during client meetings with technical inputs and product positioning.
• Design and implement solutions using products from brands like Crestron, Barco, Bose, Cisco, DNP, Epson, Lightware, Extron, Poly, Barco, Biamp, Schneider Electric-APC, etc.
• Prepare system flow diagrams, rack layouts, cable schedules, and control interface schematics.
• Perform site surveys, assess integration challenges, and recommend solutions.
  Ensure designs comply with industry standards (AVIXA, CTS) and client specifications.
• Provide engineering support during pre-sales, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Stay updated on emerging AV and VC technologies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with OEMs for the latest offerings and ensure compatibility with client needs.

• Interactive Flat Panel Displays
• Digital Signage & Content Management Software
• Interactive Kiosks and Digital Standees
• PTZ Cameras and Video Conferencing using USB speakerphones and commercial displays
• Active LED Displays (Indoor/Outdoor)
• Wireless Collaboration Tools
• Room Scheduler Panel

Qualifications-

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  in designing AV and VC systems.
• Deep knowledge of video conferencing platforms:

  Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex

  , etc.
• Strong understanding of audio DSPs, AV-over-IP solutions, and control system programming.
• AVIXA or CCNA certification preferred.
