Senior Design Engineer

As a Technical Team Lead at Ideas Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your role involves mentoring the technical team and assigning accounts to ensure the quality of technical services and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring the certification status of the team based on the certification plan provided by SOLIDWORKS. Additionally, you will oversee and track the demos delivered by the technical pre-sales team on a monthly basis. Your key responsibilities include: - Mentoring the technical team - Assigning accounts and monitoring activities to enhance service quality - Monitoring team certification as per SOLIDWORKS plan - Tracking and evaluating team performance - Planning technical events, webinars, and activities for customers and prospects - Conducting customer audits - Continuous learning of new products recommended by SOLIDWORKS - Collaborating closely with the Subscription and Customer Care Team To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Minimum educational qualification of B.Tech - At least 6 years of experience - Experience in team management - Proficiency in CRM software - Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word - Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS products - Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ideas Design Solutions Pvt.
