As a member of Ideas Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd., located at A-301, Bestech Business Towers, Sector 66, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160062, you will be responsible for various key tasks as outlined below: - Mentoring the technical team to ensure their professional growth and development. - Assigning accounts to the technical team and monitoring their activities to enhance the quality of technical services and elevate customer satisfaction levels. - Supervising the certification status of the technical team in alignment with the certification plan provided by SOLIDWORKS. - Tracking and documenting the demonstrations conducted by the technical Pre-sales Team on a monthly basis. - Recording, monitoring, and evaluating the overall performance of the technical team to drive continuous improvement. - Planning technical events, webinars, and activities for both existing customers and prospects. - Conducting customer audits to ensure service excellence and address any potential issues proactively. - Engaging in continuous learning of new products as recommended by SOLIDWORKS to stay updated with industry trends. - Collaborating closely with the Subscription and Customer Care Team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum Educational Qualification: B.Tech - Minimum Experience: 7 years in a relevant technical role - Experience in team management and leadership - Proficiency in using CRM software for effective account management - Strong command over MS Excel and MS Word for data analysis and reporting - Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS Products to leverage technical capabilities efficiently - Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and performance bonuses. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the role requires the ability to commute or relocate to Mohali, Punjab.
