Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

We are a leading manufacturer of innovative resort and amusement equipment, including water slides, play structures, and themed installations. Our work spans across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare marketing layouts and production drawings as per project requirements.

- Review and check drawings for accuracy and feasibility.

- Create client drawings and coordinate with clients/architects for approvals.

- Attend client meetings and site visits for design discussions and issue resolution.

- Coordinate with site and installation teams to ensure design-to-execution alignment.

- Update CAAPA files, address complaints, and take corrective actions.

- Support new product development, moulds, themes, and patent filings.

- Drive value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and improve design presentation quality.

- Coordinate with vendors for development and troubleshooting.

- Provide training to sales teams on new products.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Design.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in design (preferably in manufacturing/project-based industry).

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar tools.

- Strong communication and client-handling skills.

- Site experience and vendor coordination exposure.
