Senior Design Engineer

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Design tools, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing and assembly processes
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new designs
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including BOMs, technical specs, and user manuals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent aligns with production capabilities
• Support prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Present design concepts and progress reports to stakeholders
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in SolidWorks; knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with prototyping and testing methodologies
