Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Data Scientist who can drive high-impact business outcomes by deploying advanced real-time statistical and AI models. This role requires full ownership of projects—from business requirement gathering to production deployment—while working cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and service. Experience: 7-9 yrs , Hybrid Job Type: Contractual (min 6 months) Joining: Immediate joiners Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end development and deployment of statistical and AI models. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Automate workflows and scale models in production. Continuously analyse marketing, sales, and service data to deliver insights and strategic recommendations. Explore new opportunities to enhance targeting strategies across departments. Work closely with marketing teams to align insights with key performance indicators (KPIs). Build full-stack solutions including backend and frontend components for deployed models. Required Skillset: Educational background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. Proven expertise in building and deploying Gen AI, Agentic AI, and foundational ML models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, etc.). Strong experience in deploying production-level models. Hands-on expertise in SQL, Snowflake, ER diagrams , and data engineering tools. Strong business acumen and ability to contextualise data solutions for business use cases. Certification in Gen AI / Agentic AI / ML is mandatory. Familiarity with Web Analytics and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is required.
