Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Collections Analytics to join our team and help shape the future of our collections strategy using the power of AI, ML, and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

Track and analyze collection performance across products and delinquency buckets.
Develop AI/ML models to optimize collection efficiency and cost.
Forecast NPAs and provisions using data-driven methods.
Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, collections, finance, and product.
Mentor and lead a small team of analysts.

Requirements

2-6 years of experience in analytics.
Hands-on with SQL, Python/R, Excel (SAS is a plus).
Experience with ML techniques - XGBoost, clustering, regression, etc.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to GenAI and reinforcement learning is a bonus.
