Senior Data Product Manager

As a Senior Data & AI Product Manager at HG Insights, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our data and artificial intelligence-powered capabilities. You will collaborate with various teams to innovate and create cutting-edge solutions that bring significant business value. Your passion for uncovering new insights and delivering successful products will be instrumental in driving customer value and enhancing user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define the product roadmap and success metrics aligned with company vision, customer needs, and market trends. - Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities for data and AI-driven solutions. - Transform user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. - Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. - Partner with Engineering to ensure clear requirements and agile software development principles are followed. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. - Ensure data and AI products are developed with a focus on data privacy, security, and ethical considerations. - Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders across the organization. - Engage with customers, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to collect feedback and drive product adoption. - Research and evaluate emerging trends in data science, machine learning, and AI for innovation opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7+ years of product management experience in Big Data, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics. - Strong understanding of data science principles, machine learning algorithms, and AI technologies. - Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
