Role: Senior Data Architect / Data Governance / Data Modelling Experience: 6–12 Years Location: Udaipur, Jaipur, Job Description: We are looking for experienced data professionals to join our team in one of three critical areas: Data Architecture , Data Governance , and Data Modelling . The ideal candidates will bring deep technical knowledge, a strong telecom domain background, and a collaborative mindset to drive data initiatives across complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: For Data Architect: Design and implement enterprise data architectures and cloud-based solutions Lead data platform modernization projects using tools like Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake Define best practices for data ingestion, storage, transformation, and security Develop strategies around data mesh, data products, and decentralized ownership For Data Governance: Develop and enforce enterprise-wide data governance frameworks Maintain metadata catalogs, data dictionaries, and data lineage Implement data quality checks, access controls, and classification rules Ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR, PII, and TM Forum For Data Modelling: Design logical and physical data models based on TM Forum SID / eTOM / ODA Develop models for telecom domains like Customer, Product, Billing, and Network Translate business requirements into star/snowflake schemas Collaborate with teams to implement models on platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure SSAS Required Skills: 6–12 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Architecture, Data Governance, or Data Modelling Strong domain knowledge in the telecom sector Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, ERwin, dbt, Alation, Unity Catalog, or Azure Purview Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based environments Excellent understanding of metadata management, lineage, security, and compliance Experience working with large-scale, distributed data systems Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills: Familiarity with data mesh and domain-driven architecture Knowledge of TM Forum standards (SID, eTOM, ODA) Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architecture Exposure to regulatory and audit practices in data-driven industries Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Visit us: https://kadellabs.com LinkedIn – Kadel Labs Glassdoor – Kadel Labs
