About the Role

two experienced Senior Data Analysts

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
Collaborate with operations and business teams to drive process improvements using data.
Provide expertise in
RCM workflows
, including claims, billing, coding, and payment processes.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives to enhance operational outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree
in Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in data analytics within the healthcare domain.
Strong understanding of
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
and healthcare processes.
Proficiency in
SQL, Excel, and BI tools
(Power BI/Tableau).
Experience with
data modeling, ETL processes
, and advanced analytics techniques.
Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and lead data-driven initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of
healthcare compliance standards
and payer-provider dynamics.
Familiarity with
Python/R
for advanced analytics.
Experience in
predictive modeling and machine learning
in healthcare settings.
