Senior Data Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Labcorp, you will play a crucial role in Client Management and Business/System Analysis within the HealthCare or Pharmaceutical (CRO) industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Client Management and Business/System Analysis Role - Demonstrating at least 3 years of experience in the HealthCare or Pharmaceutical (CRO) industry - Working in Agile teams and possessing knowledge of agile tools like JIRA and Target Process - Being deadline driven, a team player, and maintaining a strong customer focus - Showcasing multi-tasking abilities and excellent Client Management Skills - Communicating effectively and expressing thoughts and ideas to stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with experience in using Excel for data analysis - Being a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and comfortable working with technical and business teams - Possessing backlog management skills and understanding the product engineering mindset - Managing and mentoring junior business analysts - Exposure to project deliverables in an agile environment, implementing a continuous integration and continuous delivery mindset - Having exposure to the Scrum framework with relevant certifications as a plus point - Holding a degree in IT/Computer Science or Life Science with experience in software validation preferred Labcorp is an Equal Opportunity Employer, encouraging all individuals to apply.
