As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis to drive business decisions, solve complex problems, and provide insights on existing solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Carrying out analytical tasks and opportunity sizing analyses for internal clients in Operations, Sales, Marketing, & Product. - Developing reporting products through data analysis and aggregation tools to drive capability growth. - Identifying and defining process and data improvements. In this role, you will need to: - Pull, interpret, analyze, and summarize complex data to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with team members to provide analytical support to internal clients. - Contribute to innovative solutions for more effective and automated reporting. - Develop reports using BI tools like Excel and Tableau, focusing on call center, claims, and administrative data. - Ensure data quality through regular QA checks and validation. Your technical skills should include proficiency in: - Data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Big Query, SSRS, and Visual Studio. - Automation of reports using SSRS and Visual Studio. - Advanced Tableau skills for creating interactive dashboards. - Understanding of health care claims and insurance data structures. - Working with large datasets and performing complex data manipulations. - Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, tables, and formulas. This role requires expertise in reporting, data analysis, Tableau, Excel, and other relevant technical skills.
