Role Overview: As a Data Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of data analysts to deliver actionable insights that drive organizational goals. You will oversee the analytics lifecycle, collaborate with key stakeholders, and foster a data-driven culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. - Oversee the design, development, and optimization of complex SQL queries and data models for business insights. - Drive the creation and automation of dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. - Partner with cross-functional teams to define, maintain, and evaluate KPIs and business metrics that drive strategic and product decisions. - Ensure data accuracy, governance, and standardization across multiple systems and sources. - Translate data findings into strategic recommendations and presentations for senior leadership. - Monitor user behavior, performance trends, and product metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Establish best practices and frameworks for analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with technology teams on data integration, ETL processes, and system enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role. - Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably MSSQL) with proven ability to handle large datasets and complex queries. - Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards, and automation). - Hands-on experience or deep understanding of Mixpanel or similar event-based analytics tools. - Demonstrated experience in defining and managing KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
