As a member of the People Analytics team at KGS, you will play a crucial role in analyzing various HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, projection, compensation, and learning. Your responsibilities will include generating MIS reports, creating insightful dashboards, and interpreting patterns to provide valuable insights.
