Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making processes across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, design and maintain reporting dashboards, and ensure data quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in data visualization and statistical tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful analyses that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize complex Power BI reports and dashboards as part of the migration project.
Lead the transition of Tableau reports to Power BI, ensuring functionality and performance.
Collaborate with the offshore and onshore leads to align with technical designs.
Mentor the Power BI Developers and ensure development quality and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues, optimizing performance as needed. Report progress and challenges to the Project Manager and seek clarifications from client teams when required.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including report migration projects.
Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and BI visualization best practices. Familiarity with Tableau systems. Familiar with AI Tools and emerging trends; and able to ideate how they can be used to accelerate migration. Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data integration. Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and swift execution.
