Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle reporting tasks for US or UK-based clients
  • Manage communication through calls and emails (semi-voice process)
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and report updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    Prior experience in domestic or international voice/non-voice processes from any industry
  • Communication:

    Decent verbal skills with strong written communication, especially email drafting
  • Attitude:

    Active, responsible, and ready to take initiative
  • Shifts:

    Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (final shift will be confirmed during the interview)
  • Transportation:

    Free transport provided
