Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive in the International BPO located in Hyderabad, you will be required to work in 24/7 rotational shifts with a work schedule of 5 days a week and 2 rotational week offs. You will have access to a 2-way cab facility within the hiring zone for your convenience. The work mode for this position is from the office, and the minimum qualification required is 12th grade. The expected CTC for this role is up to 4.5 LPA. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Support (Voice Process) - Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication in English Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of 12th grade - Prior experience of at least 6 months in International Customer Support (Voice Process) - Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication skills in English Please note that the interview mode for this position is walk-in, and immediate joiners are preferred.
