Handle queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism; maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, wholesalers, and healthcare providers.
Manage invoicing, order processing, and delivery schedules; liaise with third-party warehouses and logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant supply.
Track delayed/failed deliveries and escalate complaints; provide regular updates and reports to management.
Ensure adherence to MHRA and GDP guidelines; support pharmacovigilance reporting for adverse events and product quality issues.
Monitor KPIs such as response times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction; drive process improvements for efficiency and service quality.
Work closely with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams; support audits and inspections with accurate documentation.
