Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers on client products and services Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding products and services listed above Help New hires to come to proficiency level through coaching and mentoring as defined by the manager Take Escalation calls as and when necessary to ensure customer delight Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics Maintain a balance between policy and customer benefit in decision making Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers Responsible for call disposition or compiling Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma (preferably with at least 6 months call center experience), Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree, any field Good to Excellent written or oral communication skills Outstanding multi-tasking skills Experience is a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply Applicants must be willing to work on holidays, weekends, graveyard and shifting schedule
