SENIOR CRM

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM systems for effective customer data management.
• Analyze customer data to enhance segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Design and execute CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.
• Provide support and training to staff on CRM software and processes.
• Stay updated with CRM trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
