Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior CRM, located in Pune. The Senior CRM will manage customer relationships, analyze customer data, oversee sales initiatives, and coordinate projects. Daily tasks include developing strategies to improve customer engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading CRM campaigns to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales
Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
