Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Follow all company rules and regulations
  • Attend customers visiting Head Office and resolve their queries
  • Handle cancellations, transfer requests, and registration-related queries
  • Coordinate recovery of post-booking payments as per construction stages and financing plans
  • Coordinate with banks for customer home loan processing and documentation
  • Ensure payment clearance from booking to possession
  • Prepare and issue demand letters, NOCs, and required customer documents
  • Maintain MIS records and assist in preparing final work reports
  • Draft and verify agreement documents with complete project and customer details
  • Prepare and submit stamp duty challans, TDS challans, and related documents
  • Coordinate customer communication for agreement execution through the sales team
  • Manage registration of documents as per organizational requirements
  • Scrutinize property documents for new plots or acquisitions
  • Prepare search reports, title reports, sale deeds, and allotment letters
  • Ensure RERA compliance by preparing and submitting required legal documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external legal teams for approvals and documentation
  • Resolve legal queries raised by banks and financial institutions
  • Collect customer cheques and deposit them in relevant RERA escrow accounts
  • Collect bank statements and NOCs for construction finance from bankers
  • Submit vendor and supplier payment lists to banks for clearance
  • Collect project drawings from consultants for submission to banks
  • Retrieve bills and documents from project sites for banking and legal records

Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong knowledge of real estate agreements, customer handling, and legal documentation
  • Familiarity with RERA regulations and compliance
  • Good understanding of banking processes related to real estate and housing loans
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and real estate CRM tools
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive documents with accuracy
  • Organized, process-driven, and proactive in issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of RERA, registration process, and financial compliance is essential
