Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
  • Utilize CRM data to develop personalized customer communication strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies and tools
  • Responsible for execution & maintaining of all documents after booking till possession/registration.
  • Manages interactions with cross-channel partners related to CRM, Sales
  • Providing necessary documentation, Compliance, reports to the management and leadership team

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Good Knowledge on Ms Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
