Senior Creative Designer

As a Senior Designer at Mindtickle, you will play a crucial role in producing and overseeing digital and print creative solutions to address marketing needs. You should possess in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques, and have experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the design team promotes the brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Ideate and execute original static advertising concepts and designs, collaborating with the creative team (75% of time). - Collaborate with the creative team to iterate based on test results (20% of time). - Produce graphic art and visual materials for various platforms such as events, presentation decks, email, display advertising, web, and landing pages. - Assist in developing cross-platform creative, graphic toolkits, event/sales/executive presentations, and digital and social media. - Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing deliverables comply with corporate branding standards. - Generate and manipulate graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into multimedia programs. - Facilitate brainstorming, design thinking, and problem-solving workshops for the design team. - Maintain strong file management practices within the appropriate shared drive. - Provide recommendations and designs based on business needs. - Stay updated on best practices and trends in digital marketing and share knowledge across the organization. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in advertising/marketing with an ad agency or in-house for a reputable brand. - Ability to deliver high-quality and engaging work across various mediums, both digital and traditional. - Proficiency in data-driven performance creative. - Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop new concepts. - Ability to create original visual executions, motion graphics, and animation. - Portfolio demonstrating excellence in creative design, including static and dynamic skills, layout, typography, and image manipulation. - Proficiency in designing, editing, and creating videos. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Suite, Photoshop, Canva Figma, and other design tools.
