Senior Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and implement creative concepts for branding, campaigns, social media, print ads, and digital assets. - Transform brand objectives into visually compelling design solutions. - Collaborate with the creative and accounts team to generate ideas and communicate design strategies effectively. - Design layouts for brochures, logos, packaging, outdoor media, and digital advertisements. - Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. - Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5 to 7 years of experience in a creative/design role with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, preferably within an advertising agency or boutique studio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or After Effects would be advantageous). - Demonstrable portfolio showcasing design expertise across various formats and industries. - Sound understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting stringent deadlines. - Strong communication and presentation abilities.
