EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and onbrand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human across multiple media platforms. As a Senior Copy Writer, you will have a unique blend of creative vision and strategic thinking, to lead our team and will act as a strong creative strategist and a creative leader. You will own the creative conceptualization, copy writing and presenting to the clients, across multiple formats - ensuring that all creatives are on-brand, user-centric and aesthetically proficient. With a passion for problem-solving and creative strategy, you will lead creative brainstorms with stakeholders and other teams to produce best-in-class creatives that intrinsically align with the EY brand and business objectives. With your impeccable creativity, you are a versatile and reliable leader who can elevate any creative conceptualization, storyboard or creative direction for projects across multiple channels. Your key responsibilities Deliver great creative ideas that shape audience perception, engagement, and participation. Coach and train the wider team. Provide creative leadership to the team to deliver great creative campaigns. Produce strategically sound conceptual work. Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet, and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget, and efficiency. Stay up to date with current and future designs, web standards, concepts and industry trends and advocate the same to team members and customers. Provide creative direction to support the team, coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues, as necessary. Proactively identify opportunities to employ pop culture trends, creativity, executional approaches Lead project discussions with customers with a customer-centric mindset Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives.
