Associate Lead – Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and edit high-quality content for B2B technology domains.
• Focus on tech topics including HR Tech, EdTech, and emerging IT technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of content writers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Work as an individual contributor while also handling lead-level responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, HR, etc.) to develop engaging and impactful content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 8–13 years of proven experience in B2B technology/content writing.
• Strong background in IT/technology product or service companies.
• Hands-on expertise in writing and reviewing technical and business-oriented content.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, reader-friendly content.
• Experience in handling content lead/senior content lead roles with team management exposure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
